BEFORE this 1958 style home was the first built house in the street. With its old style concrete roof tiles down to the brick on ground foundations. The old house consisted of two bedroom, one bathroom/laundry, kitchen and a storage area.
AFTER renovating the house it looks the way you would expect it to look in today's society. From its rendered external fasard to its high span composite roofing panels. The new open plan living consists of two large bedrooms, one small bedroom/study, one ensuite, one large bathroom, internal laundry, massive open dining/kitchen/lounge area and double garage.
